Mianz International College Academic Staff Attend Professional Development Workshop


Academic staff from Mianz International College recently participated in an intensive professional development workshop conducted by renowned expert

Held at the Center for Higher Education in Hulhumale over two days, the comprehensive workshop covered key topics essential for education excellence. Sessions equipped attendees with the latest knowledge and skills related to national teaching standards, instructional design, dynamic curriculum development and more.


Discussions were structured around critical faculty roles - pedagogy, student evaluation and preparing graduates for future success. Participants also reviewed existing programme curriculum and outcomes through an improvement lens across all university departments.


The high-level workshop concluded with a leadership consultation involving Mianz International College's senior officials like the Rector, Chairperson and directors. Focus areas included addressing institutional objectives, implementation planning for takeaways and surveying additional faculty training needs.
